our customers extremely well over the years, and is still ideal for many.
However, security of information is now becoming a critical factor in the
lives of many businesses that we now have a Gold version of our Maintenance

Contract covers you in the following ways:
Pre-Contract Services
- Site and Equipment Survey. For the larger site we will carry out a site survey in preparation to quote for support, maintenance, upgrade and site development options.
This can be a charged for service carried out in its own right. Or form
part of an overall new contract proposal. Site topology diagrams can
be provided additionally if needed.
Contract Details
All contracts include the following:
- hardware maintenance:
fully inclusive of materials, labour, replacement
parts for all failures of a warrantable type on all IT hardware to be
covered by a proposed contract.
- software support:
operating systems
office application software
accounts application software
business application software
internet access and associated software (email, content and context
scanning, web design and site maintenance
- annual preventative maintenance, includes:
external inspection, clean and servicing
internal inspection, clean and servicing
critical software updates
disk integrity check and repair
Prices:
The price for a contract is subject to an equipment survey and may also
