About Our Customers 
Jentech's customer
base is wide and varied. We work within a number of sectors and if there
are any patterns that emerge we would say that one of them is certainly
Church and charitable organisations. We look after the IT needs of a number
of church, diocese and government backed charities.
Many of our customers run small
businesses with just a handful of employees, yet our highest profile customer,
Aston Villa Football Club, is obviously a major player in the business
world. Being located on the west side of the West Midlands, engineering
and manufacturing companies are also featured.
Among the Churches, some of
the largest diocese in the country are looked after by us, a major one
is the Lichfield Diocesan headquarters.
The area we cover
Jentech has a loose policy of
restricting its customer base to an approximate radius area, with its
centre obviously being our Headquarters in Bridgnorth. This equates mainly
to the West Midlands area. In times past we used to have customers further
afield, such as Everton Football Club, but the distances involved meant
that efficiency levels were strained. That said, we still do have customers
in the further reaches(such as the Blackburn Diocesan HQ and a Medical
Fellowship in London) whose needs we are able to cater for very well because
most of it takes place remotely, with the need for only the occasional
personal visit.
Developing Companies
We are particularly suited to
growing companies; companies who currently cannot afford a full-time on-site
IT Manager, but are heading in that direction. We are able to look after
their needs until they are in a position to take on an IT Manager. Once
this occurs, our role then typically reduces to looking after the server
and being brought in when there is a major problem.
